MyAbseil offers Flexible Billing, which means you’ll only be billed for the number of active users you have in a given month. You have the freedom to add, remove or change a user’s status at any time.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we take security very seriously.
All your data is hosted with Amazon Web Services, a world leader in cloud hosting solutions.  

Am I locked into a contract?

There’s no contract, just pay as you go. You can cancel at any time without any hidden fees.

Are there any setup fees?

No. There are no hidden setup fees.

Do I need a credit card to sign up for the free account?

No. You can register and use MyAbseil for free, and there’s no requirement to provide your credit card information. As long as you have fewer than 6 users, you can enjoy our software for free indefinitely.

How does the subscription service work? Can I cancel my subscription?

MyAbseil is a subscription-based service, which means that your plan renews every month.
You can cancel your subscription at any time during your plan term to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription.

Do you offer a free version?

Yes, we offer free to all accounts with up to 5 Users.  You’ll have access to all the features of the software.

Can I pay in my local currency and do taxes apply?

Our prices are in US dollars, and your bank will convert them to your local currency when you make your purchase. Your invoice will also be in US dollars. Please be aware that our prices don’t include taxes, you will be responsible for them.
