Our Story

Built from the ground up for rope access

MyAbseil began with a frustration that many in the rope access industry know too well.

The Reality

The same reality, project after project

Across projects in London, Dubai and Vancouver, the same reality kept repeating itself. Not one major issue, but hundreds of small ones, every single day.

  • Paperwork moving back and forth between office and site
  • Spreadsheets quietly growing in the background
  • WhatsApp threads trying to hold operations together
  • Different tools for planning, communication, and reporting — none of them truly connected

Over time, managing the chaos became part of the job.

"Why was something so critical being held together by workarounds?"

Compliance added constant pressure

The challenge went beyond productivity. Job packs prepared in the office, printed, distributed, filled out on-site without visibility, then collected, sorted, and stored — only to be searched for again when an auditor asked.

Equipment tracking was just as demanding, with thousands of items requiring inspections, histories, and documentation, often scattered across folders and systems.

It worked, but only because people worked harder to make it work.

The Beginning

That's where MyAbseil started

Not as a product idea, but as a response to years of operational friction. A belief that there had to be a better way — one system, built specifically for rope access, where everything is connected and nothing falls through the cracks.

Built by people who know the work

To make that possible, a team of rope access professionals came together, spanning health & safety, operations management, compliance, technical authority, and equipment inspection.

Working alongside engineers and designers to rethink how operations should function.

The result is MyAbseil

A platform where planning, communication, equipment management, and compliance live in one place. Where teams can work in real time, complete everything on-site digitally, and rely on structured, audit-ready records without the burden of manual processes.

But more than that, it's about changing how operations feel.

  • Less chasing.
  • Less uncertainty.
  • More clarity.
  • More control.

Operations shouldn't rely
on patchwork systems.

They should just work.

Because in an industry where safety and precision matter, the tools should support the work — not complicate it.
